Reflection:

I have actually used this tool in my STEAM class.  I created a class roster so that all of my students had their own account under me.  It was really cool and the students really enjoyed it.  It was very neat to see how well they responded to this tool.  They did a lot of writing...even the typically hesitant writers were cranking out a story.

Reflection:
Wow!  This is a really cool tool.  I definitely need to spend some time working with this to learn the ins and outs.  It was pretty easy to use, but to make my presentation look more professional I need to really learn how to change the sizes and the look of all of the information.  I am excited about this tool!

Exercise One-Blog Bling

I would use this video on a daily blog post in my classroom so that the students have a place to review what we learned that day in class.  What a great way to tutor students at home.  Many of them may search videos on their own, but it would be really nice to put a specific one up for them so that they know it is a good one.

• What motivated you to become one of our recruits?  I am excited about learning some new ideas that I can use in my classroom...plus, I think that Jenna is the best...so wanted to do any class that she offers.
• What you hope to learn about in Tech Boot Camp?  I would love to learn to use/make a Prezi.  I am also interested in learning to do group text messages to my class.  I have a website, but would like to make it better with the things I learn in this class.
• How would you describe your current comfort level with technology?  What tools do you use already in your classroom (if any)?  I am pretty comfortable with the basics...but beyond that I feel capable, but slow.  I have a website for my class that I use regularly.
